Attorney and Co-founder

JUDr. Kateřina Hájková, LL.M., attorney, provides legal services with an emphasis on clarity, precision and practical solutions. She explains legal matters to clients clearly and without unnecessary "legalese" — in both Czech and English. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University (Mgr. and JUDr.) and Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam (LL.M. — International Business Law). She is active in professional publishing and occasionally teaches at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University. She gained her experience in general legal practice in Brno. Day to day she focuses on court representation, criminal defence, representation of victims, dealings with administrative authorities, negotiations with opposing parties and contract work.
