Mgr. Marek Weiser

Attorney and Co-founder

Mgr. Marek Weiser is an attorney for whom the practice of law means, above all, helping people. He communicates with clients openly, clearly, and with empathy. He gained practical experience in legal practice already during his studies at the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University, where he worked as a trainee in a firm with general practice. Marek brings extensive experience in court representation, criminal defence, victim representation, dealings with administrative authorities, negotiations with opposing parties, and contract services. Beyond general practice, he focuses particularly on insolvencies, enforcement proceedings, and debt recovery.
